I love Fiesta—this ten day festival in April is my favorite time of the year. Everyone is in good spirits, the whole city celebrates and everything is just so BRIGHT! Especially because of everyone starts decorating with Papel Picado!!! And this year SA Flavor is upping the game by creating these customized Fiesta Papel Picado made specifically for San Antonians! 

These Fiesta Papel Picado are crafted in Mexico and are available in paper or plastic. The advantage of the paper papel picado is that it has more detail as it is created with a laser cutter, but it is best used indoors as it more susceptible to the weather outside. The plastic papel picado are perfect for outside and are actually hand cut in the time-honored tradition using a chisel—this does result in a little loss of detail, but the artistry is truly magnificent.

Each strand consists of 10 different sheets inspired by the Alamo City, including:
