The Little Miss meme was all the rage this past year and I was happy to help Maddy Skye bring Little Miss Fiesta to life for her Fiesta Medal 2023. Little Miss Fiesta has a flower crown, chicken on a stick and those stacked cups. 

$1 from medal sales in 2023 will be donated to the San Antonio Association of Hispanic Journalists. Maddy says that this organization bolsters the talents of Latino reporters through awards, scholarships and by building a network of support. She says that specifically SAAHJ's scholarship creates opportunities for young reporters so that newsrooms can better reflect the cities they serve.
