If you grew up in San Antonio and went to public school then you know exactly what the middle of the week meant. We pay tribute to the mid-week meal everyone remembers with the Enchilada Wednesday Fiesta Medal by Dave Evans! 

Complete with two cheese enchiladas, rice, beans, salad and a carton of milk, we even dangled a little chocolate cake charm (and don't even charge the 35 cents extra that they did at the cafeteria for it!). This Enchilada Wednesday brings back all the feelings.

Through 2020, one dollar from every sale was donated to YMCA Youth and Government team—in the past, the money went to Sam Houston High School where Dave was a volunteer coach. But in 2019, the program lost it's city funding so the dollar donation is going to the organization at large.
