For our 10th anniversary, we reimagined one medal each year and for 2016 we riffed on our Chicken on a Stick medal! The original medal from 2016 was an Express-News runner up medal (and we still have a few left!) and featured a textured chicken on a stick, because as everyone knows, it is super hard to make the graphic look right! Then, in 2018, one of our Lego characters was holding this design that became our flagship SA Flavor chicken on a stick known and loved throughout Fiesta! We also introduced a jar of jalapeño juice where you can dip the Fiesta treat to "bless it." Shout out to Mark Almazan for always hooking up a chicken on a stick this way!
