The breakfast taco is a staple that we can all agree on here in San Antonio, but we do have differences in opinion of how the bacon should be prepared. Myself, I'm a #teamstrips kind of guy—there's nothing better than two crispy strips of bacon inside a homemade tortilla. But the other contigent is the #teamchopped folks like my buddy Ray Linares. Y'all prefer that bacon diced up and scattered throughout the mixture of goodness.
