Books, storytelling, imagination, and dreams will take flight, leaping off the page and blooming into vibrant, flower-filled wonders during their 135th parade on April 24, 2026.

The Battle of Flowers 2026 Fiesta Medal is the perfect tribute to this theme, according to parade chairman Helen Meyer. “The medal unfolds with an open storybook where children are experiencing the magic of reading,” she says. “Bright blossoms and fluttering butterflies spill from the pages representing imagination at play.”
